  • MASTER: Master includes all the major details of the your company which can be retrieved whenever you want.

  • Customer details (Name and mobile number will be differentiated )

  • Expenses details.
  • Unit details.
  • Staff details.

 

 

  • The extra features of update,delete and refresh are available on all windows .First when we open the details of master for eg., already existing details of supplier details will be there in the window when we open the window for which we need to go to ADD NEW option to enter details newly.

  (Note: The above details once entered can be retrieved anywhere within software).

 

  • ACTION: Action includes the details of business you do i.e.
  • Purchase entry & Purchase Return entry:The details of purchases you have done.

 

  • Sales entry and Sales Return Entry: Details of sales you have done. This can be categorized in 2 ways i.e., one is through stock details and other directly entering without considering stock details( you can’t maintain the stock).

 

  • Sales quotation: Quote will be given to the customer for customer verification.

 

 

  • Stock consumption: To adjust the stock available.

 

 

  • ACCOUNTS :This includes the total accounting setup in your company which includes;
